This is a list of the hotels that are short listed as some of our favourites. Based on service, location, price or sheer beauty, below is our must stays!
Sleep Split
Located in beautiful Croatia, Sleep Split is a Luxury Boutique hotel that is close to everything. The room we stayed in was stunning. It was a suite that offered a kitchen and a bedroom. We opted for the suite because we were travelling with more than our family of four.
The brick features throughout the room were beautiful.
The proximity to beaches and attractions was another perk of staying at Sleep Split.
The con of staying here was the parking. There is no parking onsite so you will have a hotel attendant drive with you to park the car down the street in a very tight parking area.

Mint House at the Divine Lorraine Hotel
Located in Philadelphia, this hotel is an historic Victorian-era building. This hotel started out as apartments and offers gorgeous rooms and perfect finishes throughout. The moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful architecture. Although this gem is currently closed, when it re-opens it is worth a visit!
COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein
Located in Gosau, Austria, this hotel is likely one of our top 3 hotels that we have ever stayed in. The view alone had us in awe. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking out into a field with gorgeous mountains each morning was the best way to start your day. Sunsets here were incredible too. The hotel itself will remind you of a ski chalet, it is located a two minute drive from a ski area. We stayed during the month of May and wanted to explore a spot off the beaten trail, in a little town and this place was exactly what we had hoped for. The price was great too! If you plan to visit Gosau, this is the place to stay.
The Glen House Hotel
Located in Gorham, New Hampshire, this hotel was priced right and surrounded by mountains, offering incredible views from anywhere on the property. We upgraded our room upon check in to have a balcony facing the back of the property and it was worth every penny. The hotel is located at the base of Mount Washington auto road. The staff were helpful and friendly. They had a patio out back that included an outdoor firepit. This hotel exceeded our expectations and is a favourite of ours. We highly recommend!
